We usually charge / levy a 5 – 10 % commission of the total rent collected per month. We usually advice tenants to either pay rent directly to the landrord’s account or our company account depending on what suits the landlord. The rate is also negotiable depending on the total income in question.

The major functions include:

• Provision of property management services.
• Provision of maintenance and repair in liaison with the property owners.
• Provision of financial report and services on a monthly basis.
• Continous marketing of the vacant units within our property management portfolio.
• Supervision of the property cleaning, garbage collection and security services.
• Supervision of the property caretaker / house keeper.
